Not published as a standalone voucher. EC-Council prices the knowledge exam inside training packages, listed from US$1,699 under a "Starting at" label.
EC-Council distinguishes the 125-question knowledge exam, which is what these practice questions target, from an optional 6-hour hands-on CEH (Practical) exam taken for the CEH Master level. A price quoted for the Practical is not the price of the knowledge exam.

US$100 non-refundable eligibility application fee, for candidates applying to sit the exam by self-study rather than through official training

No wait before a second attempt, then 14 days before each of the third, fourth and fifth
A candidate may not sit the same exam more than five times in a 12-month period; reaching that limit imposes a 12-month wait before a sixth attempt.
